BARACK Obama is a cinch to bag Time magazine's "Person of the Year" honor - but "Saturday Night Live" head writer Seth Meyers says Tina Fey is a worthy runner-up for her scathing Sarah Palin routines. "She's certainly the comedy writer's 'Person of the Year,' " Meyers said at yesterday's Time luncheon, held to debate the possibilities. He also said political bosses may want to pick future candidates who don't look "like one of the most famous comedy writers in America." Also participating: Brian Williams, Suze Orman, John Slattery and Rep. Artur Davis.
