SCARLETT Johansson might be lucky the segment she directed for "New York, I Love You" was deleted. Insiders say the anthology movie, originally due out last year, has been delayed "four times" and now has an October release date. "There are a lot of problems with the movie," an insider said. "It simply is not good. And the producer [Emmanuel Benhiby] hired his girlfriend to do commentary in between the short films -- and let's just put it this way: She's no actress." Benhiby didn't e-mail us back.
