CHERYL Lyone wanted realism in her new rape-revenge shocker, "Run! Bitch Run!" -- which screened at Cannes -- and she got it. The Texas-born hottie, who plays a religious girl brutally gang-raped, tells Page Six she purposely asked the actors to be rough, so they were. "I hit my head on a rock being knocked down on the first take," Lyone said. "Then I got slammed on a tree, my hair pulled, and my chest and stomach scratched, leaving me bleeding. I didn't have to act that much because I was really in pain."
