IT seems Drew Barrymore hasn't fully gotten over Justin ("I'm a Mac") Long. During the LA premiere of "He's Just Not That Into You" the other night, our red-carpet spy saw her get into a little lovers' quarrel with her former beau. "Drew came up to Justin and started whining that he kept ignoring her," said our source. "He was apologizing and saying that he didn't see her but seemed really annoyed and . . . not that into her." Last week, the duo hung out together at a Hollywood nightclub, so maybe Barrymore got the wrong idea.
